Introduce yourself to the Visions of Greatness audience.

My name is Sherian Waite. I’m the CEO of 4 companies, Atlanta Family Hospice, Atlanta Family Palliative Care, Renewed Mental Health, and Renewed Healthcare Staffing. I am the founder of the Urie Waite Foundation, a community educator with the Alzheimer’s Association, and a Public Speaker on Geriatric Mental Health. I am passionate about building legacy, breaking generational curses, and establishing generational blessings!

Who or what inspired you to pursue entrepreneurship?

The love for my father and a determination to give my children and their children’s children greater than I had.

Tell the Visions of Greatness audience more about your products/services.

My entire mission is to provide quality wholistic care to the geriatric population.

What adjustments have you made in your life and business since the pandemic?

I have moved the mental health company to a telehealth platform and have also incorporated telemedicine in all the other entities as much as possible.

What advice would you give to women struggling to balance their life and business?

Find alignment between you personal life and your business. Keep things in the order of priority based on your values.

Share with us one ingredient in your secret sauce for success.
