My name is Moneisha and I am the owner of White Labs Concierge Lab Services LLC. My company makes lab collections convenient, flexible, and affordable for everyday people. I have a passion for helping others. I have over 24 years of experience in healthcare, customer service, and community involvement. Let me be your lab liaison!
Who or what inspired you to pursue entrepreneurship?
Pay was my initial reason for entrepreneurship. I felt like I worked too hard, I loved what I did, and I just wasn't getting the pay I deserved. So I decided to venture out on my own and try this thing called business owner. Now here I am four years later taking myself seriously and having fun in the process.
Tell the Visions of Greatness audience more about your products/services.
Onsite/ mobile drug screening, genetic blood draws, research testing, wellness screening for small business owners or corporations, and DNA collections. We bring the lab to you at your home or business for convenience.
What adjustments have you made in your life and business since the pandemic?
Since the pandemic things came to a complete halt for about two months. Then things started opening back up slow. I had to buy PPE for myself, a thermometer to check my clients when I enter their homes, and masks to wear and cover my face when [I go] out to patients' homes.
What advice would you give to women struggling to balance their life and business?
They both go hand-in-hand. Make sure you get your time with your children when you can, make sure you have date nights with your significant other, try to incorporate events with your business that your family can join in and help with. Last but not least always pray together to cover your business, family, and relationships.
