As entrepreneurs, it is important to take care of our mental health as it affects how we work, how we think, and how we feel. Furthermore, research shows the importance of managing stress and maintaining positive mental health for successful business outcomes.
Increasing mental health awareness is crucial in promoting early detection and intervention, reducing stigma, and improving access to mental health services. Mental health awareness can also help individuals better understand their own mental health needs and encourage them to seek help when necessary.
