Who or what inspired you to pursue entrepreneurship? The ability to serve others and create a place to collaborate with like minded individuals to create a legacy of wealth for me and my family.
Tell the Visions of Greatness audience more about your products/services. As a media personality I serve as a host, moderator, red carpet extraordinaire!!!! My company TVH serves small businesses with effective marketing solutions that's affordable and positions you to compete with larger brands.
Let's switch gears briefly and discuss the COVID-19 pandemic. What adjustments have you made in your life and business since the pandemic started? Actually, the pandemic elevated my brand and expanded options for us to serve virtually!!! It is during the pandemic the radio station Power Influence Radio was birthed. It was a stretch...but now understand that if navigated properly the pandemic was for a purpose.
What advice would you give to entrepreneurs struggling to balance their life and business? As an entrepreneur we have this mindset that "we gotta make things happen" As a result we are pushing ourselves beyond a limit. Your first business partner is God. It is important to trust HIM and HIS TIMING!!!! Trust the process don't beat the process. In doing so you wear yourself thin. Also trust your team!! You hold the vision but it's too big for you to carry....once they are vetted..trust them and their gift to the vision...you need them to succeed.
Share with us one ingredient in your secret sauce for success. Prayer!!!! I pray about EVERYTHING!!! If I make a move or decision without prayer...I immediately go back to pray about it to fix and get back on track!!!!!
