Who or what inspired you to pursue entrepreneurship? I always had the ambition to be an entrepreneur, especially after I realized that a 9 to 5 job wasn't for me anymore. So, after much contemplation, I decided it was time to put my skills, talents and abilities to good use and work for myself. So, I guess it's safe to say I'm the one that inspired me to pursue entrepreneurship and my will to change my circumstances.

What are the 3 most valuable lessons you have learned as an entrepreneur? 1. Failure is just a part of the process. I've learned better strategies and better ways to do things just from messing up or doing things wrong. 2. You can't please everyone. No matter what you do, someone still won't appreciate it. Although you should always work your very best for your clients, just remember you didn't start your business just to do an endless amount of little thankless tasks for ungrateful people. 3. Set your boundaries and stick to them rigidly. BONUS: Take breaks! You don't want to burn yourself out, because if you aren't any good for yourself you won't be good for your clients either.
Why is mental health important for entrepreneurs? As an entrepreneur, it's important to take care of your mental health. Just like regular physical checkups, you should make sure you're checking in with yourself and how you are feeling mentally. With the everyday stressors and pressures of running a business, it can be easy to forget to slow down and listen to what our minds need. Stress, anxiety and mental exhaustion can take its toll if you don't take the time to address it. You can start by taking small steps such as getting enough sleep, exercising regularly, eating healthy meals and spending time with family and friends. In addition, setting aside some time to meditate, journal or do any other calming activity that works for you can greatly improve mental health. It's not selfish to put your mental wellbeing first – it's integral to the success of your business! Make sure you're taking care of yourself mentally and emotionally so that you can be a successful entrepreneur and create an impactful business. Your mental health should always come first!
How do you overcome adversity in your life and business? When faced with adversity, it can be tempting to give up or feel overwhelmed. It's important to remember that you always have the power to make a positive change and turn things around. In my experience, I've found that the best way to do this is by assessing the situation and coming up with an effective solution.

What's your vision for 2023 and beyond? I want to help my clients reach their highest potential and achieve success, no matter the size or scope of their projects.
